At Ellicott City Orthodontics, our team is dedicated to providing the kindest and gentlest care to our patients, understanding their individual traits, and tailoring their treatment to their personal needs so all of our patients and their families walk away with a smile. Our team remains educated in the latest technology and advances by attending Ortho 2 Users Group meetings, the American Association of Orthodontists National Meetings, and the Mid-Atlantic Society of Orthodontists Meetings.
Our orthodontic technicians will walk you and your child through every step of the process. In addition to assisting Dr. Parizadeh in clinical procedures, they will make sure your child feels comfortable throughout the course of their treatment plan.

Pardis Parizadeh, DDS
Goes by Dr. Pardis in the office!
Dr. Pardis Parizadeh is a highly accomplished orthodontist based in Ellicott City, Maryland. Her passion for orthodontics was ignited during her college years when she worked as an orthodontic assistant. Demonstrating academic excellence, she graduated summa cum laude with her bachelor’s degree.
Dr. Parizadeh then attended the prestigious New York University (NYU) Dental School, where she graduated in the top 1% of her class.Following her time at NYU, Dr. Parizadeh completed her orthodontic and maxillofacial orthopedic residency at Montefiore Medical Center, part of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. After her residency, she moved back to Baltimore with her husband and four children.
At Ellicott City Orthodontics, Dr. Parizadeh offers a variety of advanced orthodontic treatments, utilizing state-of-the-art technology to provide personalized and effective care. Her practice focuses on creating beautiful, healthy smiles for children and youth, ensuring each patient receives compassionate and comprehensive treatment.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Parizadeh enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, embracing activities that bring them closer together and create lasting memories.

Michelle Stillman
I’ve been with Ellicott City Orthodontics for over 10 years as the Treatment Coordinator and Financial Manager. I’m passionate about helping our patients have a positive experience from start to finish. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, especially at the baseball and football fields.
When I’m not on the sidelines cheering on my boys, you’ll find me working on DIY home renovations or enjoying some quiet time in the garden.

Hello, I’m Olivia! Although I was a music major in college, I had a random idea to take some dental classes for fun after graduating. Long story short, I’ve been an orthodontic assistant since 2018. I truly love everything about orthodontics, but my favorite part is comparing patients before-and-after photos at the end of their treatment.
When I’m not in the office, I enjoy singing, reading, playing tennis, studying astrology, and traveling all over the globe.

When in the office I’m known as the traffic cop. I make sure everything gets where it needs to be. Whether it be a call, text or email I’m the one who makes sure it’s answered or it gets to the person who can answer it! I call Baltimore home and I thrive in the vibrant downtown atmosphere.
I enjoy strolling along the water, soaking in the sights and sounds, and have a particular fondness for geese and ducks. On the weekends you can find me unwinding on my PC and spending quality time out and about with friends.

I have been an Orthodontic Assistant for 8 years, but wish I started earlier! My artistic abilities with wire and compassionate nature make ortho a perfect career for me! In my spare time, you can find me making beautiful wire wrapped jewelry, watching live music and playing with my sweet cat Miss Kitten and chaos corgi, Turbo.
